Job Description:
We are intentionally seeking for a compassionate resilient and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The prospective candidate will provide a high-quality patient care in various settings in medicals, including acute care and medical offices. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, medication administration, and pain management, he or she will as well have the ability to work effectively with children and patients with dementia to achieve oriented goal.
the Responsibilities
Assessing and monitoring patients health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
to Administer medications and treatments as thoroughly prescribed by a physician.
the ability to Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests to assist in diagnosis and treatment plans.
Collaborating with healthcare team members in developing and individualized care plans for patients.
to Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
to clearly Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (experience with Cerner is a plus).
to Assist in pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, and more also ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Skills
having a Strong background in medical office operations and acute care settings.
Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and laboratory procedures
having Experience in working with children and understanding their unique healthcare needs.
to have Knowledge of pain management practices to enhance patient comfort.
Ability to administer medications safely and effectively while monitoring for side effects.
Familiarity with medical terminology essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
Experience in dementia care, providing specialized support to patients with cognitive impairments.
